This year our annual At-One-Ment Non-residential Sesshin will be held together with the Mindfulness Practice Group of Annapolis at the U.U. Church of Annapolis. Please join us as you can. There is not a charge for this sesshin but there will be a dana bowl for SSZ/UUCA
OVERVIEW OF SCHEDULE
THURSDAY EVENING: 7:00 PM -8:30 PM OPENING, followed by ZAZEN, KINHIN
FRIDAY: Incense offering, kentan, zazen, kinhin
9:30-11:00 AM, first round of sitting; 11:20 AM-12:15, second round.
Lunch 12:15-1:30 PM (bring your own-- refrigerator & microwave available, no restaurants nearby)
1:30-3:00 PM, zazen, kinhin. 3:00-3:25 PM, silent rest practice. 3:30-5:00 PM, zazen, kinhin.
Dinner 5:00-7:00 PM (bring your own). Enjoy walking UUCA trails or silent rest practice.
7:00-8:30 PM, Zazen, kinhin, incense offering.
SATURDAY: Incense offering, kentan, zazen, kinhin
9:30-11:00 AM, Zazen, kinhin; 11:20 AM-12:15, zazen, kinhin.
Lunch 12:15-1:30 PM (bring your own)
1:30-3:00 PM, zazen, kinhin.
3:00-3:20 PM, rearrange cushions & chairs into a circle for council sharing.
3:20-3:50, zazen council sharing, closing, final bow.
Dokusan will be offered in each sitting period.
Some cushions will be available but you may wish to bring your own.
