Please Note: include an ingrediant list with your dish to protect people with dietary restrictions and food allergies. Also note, there are refrigerators for drinks, and outlets for crockpots, but there is no oven or stove in the community room. Contact Bruce if you want to warm something up in his apartment.
White Elephant Gift Exchange
Attendees have the option of participating in a white elephant gift exchange. The exchange is a celebration of humorous and impractical giving. White elephant gifts are meant to amuse, confuse, and delight rather than impress. If you're worried your sense of humor won't resonate, that's even better, awkward laughter is part of the practice.
Let's enjoy an afternoon of generosity, lightness, and a little shared absurdity. If you want to participate, indicate on the sign up sheet if you intend to participate, and bring a gift valued at $20 or less.
Directions
There is a parking garage next to the Cameron Apartments located at the intersection of Fenton street and Cameron street (next to LA Fitness). Parking in the garage is free on Sundays. You may also use street parking if there are spaces on Cameron and Spring streets.
After you exit the parking lot at Cameron street, walk past Nips Juice House, turn left and walk to the main entrance of the Cameron Apartments. The concierge will buzz you into the building. Sign in and use the elevators to go to the 15th floor. If you try to enter the door next to the building's dog park, you made a left too soon. You are on the wrong side of the building.
