One Heart Sangha will be offering a weekend Sesshin at the Wellspring Retreat Center in Germantown, MD. Zazenkai participants will join the sesshin on Saturday. Registration is currently open and will close December 26.

Join us for a “day of Zen” We have tea and light snacks, zazen, teisho (talks by Zen teachers), dokusan, chanting, and instruction. Arrive in time to be settled into the zendo by 8:55 AM for first bell at 9 AM. There is a suggested donation of $25.

Registration will be posted in late January.
